Ingredients

sugar
1
c
Crisco
3
c
flour
1/4
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
soda
1
tsp
vanilla
1
tsp
lemon or almond extract
8
oz
sour cream
6
eggs
Instructions
Mix sugar and Crisco.
Add eggs one at a time.
Alternate sour cream and flour.
Add vanilla and lemon (or almond).
Spray wide mouth quart jars with Pam and wipe off rims.
Fill half full (no more).
Place on pie sheet not touching.
Makes 9 jars.
Bake on 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Wipe off rims and place on lids and ring. Will “POP”.
