Loaded Mashed Potatoes

  • 8 large Idaho potatoes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream (separated)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • salt pepper accent
  • 1/2 cup bacon pieces
  • 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheese
  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil sprinkle in a little salt.
  2. While water is boiling, wash, peel, and cut potatoes into cubes.
  3. Place cut potatoes into the pot.
  4. Cook until potatoes are fork tender/soft.
  5. Drain thoroughly.
  6. Began to mash potatoes, add milk, butter, sour cream, salt, pepper and accent.
  7. Top with cheese sour cream, bacon pieces and green onions.
