Buy 1 rotisserie chicken and cut it up into 8 pieces: 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 legs, and 2 wings.
Put chicken pieces into a large cooktop pan with 2 cans (14 and 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste, 1 cup mushrooms, 1 thinly sliced zucchini, 1 tsp. crushed, dried basil.
Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
Cook on medium for about 15 minutes and serve over your favorite cooked pasta.
Notes
You can use more or less basil, garlic, mushrooms, or zucchini depending upon your taste. You may want to use Italian stewed tomatoes which already contain seasonings.
