Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Velveeta cheese, sliced thin
  • 1 cup box instant lemon pudding
  • 1/2 tablespoon tongue
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves potatoes (peeled and boiled)
  • 2 tablespoons of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • sauce:
  • 10 ounces pie shells
  • 8 to grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon (or to taste)

Instructions
  1. Mix meatball ingredients and form into meatballs
  2. Place meatballs in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done
  3. Heat sauce ingredients in a crockpot and simmer meatballs to serve
