Cheesecake Salad

1 box Jello Cheesecake Mix Mix according to box (do not prepare crust)
1 can crushed pineapple Drained
1 can Mandarin Oranges Drained
1 8 oz tub Cool-Whip
1/2 cup coconut flakes Optional
1/2 cup chopped pecans Optional

Mix jello cheesecake according to box directions and chill for 5-10 minutes.
Add drained crushed pineapple, drained mandarin oranges, coconut, and pecans.
Fold in Cool Whip and chill for 2 hours.
Enjoy!

*save the graham cracker crust that comes with the Jello cheesecake for another dessert later.
