Broiled Ground Chuck Patties Wrapped in Bacon

Broiled Ground Chuck Patties Wrapped in Bacon
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground chuck or 90% ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
  • bacon a slice for each patty
  • BBQ sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix well first five ingredients and form into patties. How many it yields depends on what size you form the patties.
  2. Wrap each patty with a slice of bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick.
  3. Place on broiler pan and broil top side until done then flip patties to broil the other side.
  4. Watch closely as they will burn fast.
Notes

They are great dipped in a ketchup based BBQ sauce
