Pimento Jack Cheese

  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 1 8oz softened cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayo
  1. Mix softened cream cheese and cheddar jack cheeses with Mayo until well blended
  2. Fold in jar of pimentos and salt pepper to taste.
  3. Serve on fresh bread or crackers.
