Pat’s Pimento Cheese

4 Cups Servings
Ingredients
  • 16Ā oz.Ā sharp cheddar cheeseĀ grated
  • 8Ā oz.Ā cream cheeseĀ softened (very important to soften)
  • 3/4Ā cupĀ mayonnaise
  • 1Ā small jarĀ diced pimentosĀ (4 oz. jar)
  • 1/2Ā tsp.Ā garlic salt
  • 1/2Ā tsp.Ā onion juiceĀ or 1 tsp. grated white onion
  • 1Ā dashĀ cayenne pepperĀ approx. 1/8 tsp.
  • 1Ā tspĀ Worchestershire sauce
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix can be used as a spread with crackers or in celery sticks.
  4. Wonderful as filling for grilled cheese sandwiches.
