Short Tuna Pasties

  • 1 7oz can tuna Tuna Pasties filling
  • 1 Tab parsley Add salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 11/2 tea Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 2 cup Bisquick Short pie Dough
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 tab boiling water
  • 1 can mushroom soup Mushroom sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tea worchestershire
  • 2 tab pimento finely chopped
  • 1 tab parsley
  1. Heat over to 425.. mix tuna and all seasonings, salt and pepper plus the mayonnaise. Set aside.
  2. Make short pie dough.. divide into 8 equal parts, flatten 4 parts into 5 inch circles, on ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Top each one with equal amounts tuna mixture.
  4. Press remaining 4 parts onto the 5 inch circles on small squares of wax paper or parchment.
  5. Bake till brown maybe 15 mins. Pour mushroom sauce over them serve.

This was an old recipe of my moms which we really do like as a quick meal with a nice green salad.
