Skillet Apple Pie

Ingredients
8-10
medium
Granny Smith apples
peeled & sliced
1
2 pack tube
refrigerated pie crust
needs top & bottom crusts
1
1 stick plus 2 tablespoons
butter
melted in skillet (save 2 T. to brush on top)
1
cup
white sugar
1
cup
brown sugar
1
tablespoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Peel & slice apples.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
While oven is heating, spray the skillet with Pam then melt the stick of butter in the pan.
When it’s melted add the brown sugar and stir well.
Roll out one of the pie crusts over the butter mixture.
Top the crust with the apples.
Sprinkle the white sugar over the apples.
Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon and top with the other crust.
Brush the top crust with melted butter.
Bake for about one hour or until the crust is golden brown.
