Spicy Mexican Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 2 cans Spicy Black Beans
  • 8 Soft Shell Tortillas
  • 2 packs Spicy Taco Seasoning
  • 1 jar Guacomole Any brand that you prefer or you can make your own
  • taco sauce
  • sharp cheddar cheese
  • sour cream
  • Chives
Instructions
  1. Boil Chicken Tenders
  2. Cook Ground Chuck
  3. Shred Chicken
  4. Add Spicy Taco Seasoning and water to both Chicken and Ground Chuck. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Place 4 Soft Taco Shells in the bottom of a 9X13 dish. Layer with shredded Chicken, 1 can of Spicy Black Beans, Shredded Cheese, Guacamole and Taco Sauce.
  6. Top with 4 more Soft Shells.
  7. Layer Ground Chuck, 1 can of Spicy Black Beans, Shredded Cheese, Guacamole and Taco Sauce.
  8. Top off with Sour Cream and Chives.
  9. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
